This was strongly opposed by the government, which believes Combs poses a threat to others and has accused him of witness tampering, even while incarcerated.
Subramanian referenced the charges listed in Combs' federal indictment in his written ruling. According to allegations, Combs "abused, threatened, and coerced women and others around
him to fulfill his sexual fantasies" for decades.
