Vyacheslav Taran, a Russian billionaire, was killed in a baffling helicopter crash last week near Monaco.Vyacheslav, one of the best cryptocurrency traders, was returning to his family's home in Switzerland on Friday in an Airbus H130, one of the best aircraft in the world.Investigators are now scrambling to determine what may have led to the fatal incident, which occurred while the helicopter was being piloted by an experienced pilot in good weather.
"It is with great sadness that Libertex Group confirms the death of its co-founder and Chairman of Board of Directors, Vyacheslav Taran, after a helicopter crash that took place en route to Monaco on Friday, 25 November 2022," they wrote in an official statement from Vyacheslav's popular investing platform Libertex.
The employees of Libertex Group and the Libertex Group Board of Directors send their deepest sympathies to the Taran family."
The 53-year-old's sudden death comes just weeks after the sudden deaths of two other wealthy cryptocurrency traders.According to the New York Post, crypto founder Tiantian Kullander died "in his sleep" last week, and Nikolai Mushegian, 29, was said to have "drowned" in Puerto Rico in late October, just hours after tweeting that intelligence agencies were going to kill him.
